RMF offers a full recruitment and labour supply agency service, aimed at employers and employees. Work with Resource Solutions, who connect workers and contractors for large construction and rail projects, or make your own search for jobs or candidates on our free jobs board, Fresh Start.
WE BUILD
RMF began life as a contractor in the construction industry, supplying to top infrastructure projects across the UK with a focus on social value. Our expanded offering now allows us to offer so much more clients beyond the build.
As an adult learning and recruitment provider, our mission is to inject social value into the process.
Creating a cycle of training into employment, we want to encourage local residents to take power back on their careers, and for employers to access a reliable, robust and socially inclusive labour supply.
